Return Policy (Standard)

We want you to love your Cross & Cleats order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
  • Returned in original packaging (when possible)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Personalized/custom items (if applicable)

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item (if eligible).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Christina@CrossAndCleats.com] with:
  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).
