Shipping Policy

1) Order Processing (Production Time)
All of our products are made to order. After you place an order, it goes into producti before it ships.
- Production time: typically 2–5 business days (may be longer during peak seasons/holidays)
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2) Shipping Time (Transit Time)
Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.
Typical transit times (after production):
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or high-volume periods.
3) Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, product type/size/weight, and the shipping method selected.
4) Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
5) Split Shipments
Because items may be produced and shipped from different facilities, orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages and may have multiple tracking numbers.
6) Address Changes & Order Cancellations
Because items are produced on demand, we can only change an address or cancel an order within a short window after purchase.
If you need to update your shipping address or request a cancellation, contact us immediately with your order number. If the order has already entered production or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
7) Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not claimed:
- We can reship it (additional shipping charges may apply), or
- We may offer a refund excluding shipping and production costs (since the item was made to order), where applicable.
8) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.
9) Delays
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. If your package appears delayed, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
10) Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if your package is lost in transit:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or within 14 days of the expected delivery date if it never arrives)
- Include your order number and photos (for damaged items)
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
11) Special Requests / Rush Orders
If you have a special request or need an order quickly, please contact Christina@crossandcleats.com or whatsapp 786-896-3120 as soon as possible to arrange a special delivery option (when available).
