Products, Pricing, and Availability
All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be accurate.
Orders and Billing
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
Shipping and Delivery
Processing times and shipping times may vary. Any shipping or delivery dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier first, and then contact us so we can help where possible.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your CrossAndCleats order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
  • Returned in original packaging (when possible)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Personalized/custom items (if applicable)
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item (if eligible).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Christina@crossAndcleats.com with:
  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).
How to Start a Return
Email us at  Christina@CrossandCleats.com  with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll send return instructions.
Giving Back / Donations
As part of our mission, CrossAndCleats donates items and/or provides support to causes as described on our website. Donations are made by CrossAndCleats. Purchases are not tax-deductible for customers.
Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only.
Third-Party Links
Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. Third-party links may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability for any third-party materials or websites.
